Job Title: Gaming Coach – Next Level Gaming
About the Role:
We’re looking for energetic and responsible Gaming Coaches to join our Next Level Gaming team! As a Gaming Coach, you’ll help create an unforgettable party experience for kids and families by guiding them through games, keeping the fun flowing, and ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable time.
What You’ll Do:
• Host and supervise video game parties inside our mobile gaming trailer
• Work directly with kids and teens, encouraging fun, fair play, and teamwork
• Assist with setting up and organizing games across different consoles and systems
• Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for all players
• Learn how to operate and drive the gaming trailer (training provided)
• Deliver outstanding customer service to guests and parents
What We’re Looking For:
• Great with kids — patient, friendly, and fun
• Willing to learn (training provided for all aspects of the role)
• Knowledge of video game systems is a plus, but not required
• Responsible and reliable — able to manage groups of children in a safe way
• Must be willing to learn to drive and operate the gaming trailer
